the north bay of the salt sea at the south end of Jordan: this 
[was] the south coast.

of Benjamin according to their families were Jericho, and

and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them 
along the way that goeth up to {Bethhoron}, and smote them to 
Azekah, and unto Makkedah.

the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto

{Bethnimrah}, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom 
of Sihon king of Heshbon, Jordan and [his] border, [even] unto

but Jos 17 13 Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel 
were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute; 
{but} did not utterly drive them out.

not say to our children in time to come, Ye have no part in the

of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
