than And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking {than} the children which [are] of your sort? then shall ye make [me] endanger my head to the king. than And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh {than} all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat. than And in all matters of wisdom [and] understanding, that the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better {than} all the magicians [and] astrologers that [were] in all his realm. than But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for [any] wisdom that I have more {than} any living, but for [their] sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart. than Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: [therefore] he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more {than} it was wont to be heated. than And of the ten horns that [were] in his head, and [of] the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even [of] that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look [was] more stout {than} his fellows. than Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had [two] horns: and the [two] horns [were] high; but one [was] higher {than} the other, and the higher came up last. than And now will I show thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer {than} [they] all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia. than And shall also carry captives into Egypt their gods, with their princes, [and] with their precious vessels of silver and of gold; and he shall continue [more] years {than} the king of the north. than For the king of the north shall return, and shall set forth a multitude greater {than} the former, and shall certainly come after certain years with a great army and with much riches. than I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last [to be] more {than} the first. ~~~~~~
