an Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer {an} oblation and sweet odours unto him. an Nebuchadnezzar the king made {an} image of gold, whose height [was] threescore cubits, [and] the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon. an Then {an} herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages, an And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was {an} hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them. an How great [are] his signs! and how mighty [are] his wonders! his kingdom [is] {an} everlasting kingdom, and his dominion [is] from generation to generation. an I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and {an} holy one came down from heaven; an And whereas the king saw a watcher and {an} holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and [let] his portion [be] with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him; an And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion [is] {an} everlasting dominion, and his kingdom [is] from generation to generation: an Forasmuch as {an} excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and showing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will show the interpretation. an It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom {an} hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom; an Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because {an} excellent spirit [was] in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm. an And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion [is] {an} everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom [that] which shall not be destroyed. an And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom [is] {an} everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. an And as I was considering, behold, {an} he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat [had] a notable horn between his eyes. an And {an} host was given [him] against the daily [sacrifice] by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practiced, and prospered. an Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make {an} end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. an And, behold, {an} hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and [upon] the palms of my hands. an And in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king's daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north to make {an} agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in [these] times. an But out of a branch of her roots shall [one] stand up in his estate, which shall come with {an} army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail: an And I heard the man clothed in linen, which [was] upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that [it shall be] for a time, times, and {an} half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these [things] shall be finished. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth [it]. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. an I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee {an} open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. an He that hath {an} ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. an And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and [there was] a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto {an} emerald. an And I heard the number of them which were sealed: [and there were] sealed {an} hundred [and] forty [and] four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. an And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half {an} hour. an And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast [it] into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and {an} earthquake. an And I beheld, and heard {an} angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound! an And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for {an} hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. an And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and {an} half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. an And after three days and {an} half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. an And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and {an} earthquake, and great hail. an If any man have {an} ear, let him hear. an And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by [the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make {an} image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. an And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him {an} hundred forty [and] four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. an And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty {an} earthquake, [and] so great. an And I saw {an} angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; an And I saw {an} angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. an And he measured the wall thereof, {an} hundred [and] forty [and] four cubits, [according to] the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. an And the foundations of the wall of the city [were] garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation [was] jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, {an} emerald; an The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, {an} amethyst. ~~~~~~
