before him:

thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times 
ten thousand

stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were 
opened.

sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and 
brimstone: and

the heads of the horses [were] as the heads of lions; and out of

mouths {issued} fire and smoke and brimstone.
