2316 -theos , [so] ye would abound 4052 -perisseuo more 3123 -
mallon and more 3123 -mallon .



 :2 For ye know 1492 -eido what 5101 -tis commandments 3852 -
paraggelia we gave 1325 -didomi you by the Lord 2962 -kurios 
Jesus 2424 -Iesous .



 :3 For this 5124 -touto is the will 2307 -thelema of God 2316 -
theos , [even] your 5216 -humon sanctification 0038 -hagiasmos , 
that ye should abstain 0567 -apechomai from fornication 4202 -
porneia :



 :4 That every 1538 -hekastos one of you should know 1492 -eido 
how to possess 2932 -ktaomai his vessel 4632 -skeuos in 
sanctification 0038 -hagiasmos and honour 5092 -time ;



 :5 Not in the lust 3806 -pathos of concupiscence 1939 -
epithumia , even 2532 -kai as the Gentiles 1484 -ethnos which

 :14 For if 1487 -ei we believe 4100 -pisteuo that Jesus 2424 -

anistemi , even so 3779 -houto them also 2532 -kai which sleep 
2837 -koimao in Jesus 2424 -Iesous will God 2316 -theos bring

 :15 For this 5124 -touto we say 3004 -lego unto you by the word 
3056 -logos of the Lord 2962 -kurios , that we which 3588 -ho 
are alive 2198 -zao [and] remain 4035 -perileipo unto the coming 
3952 -parousia of the Lord 2962 -kurios shall not prevent 5348 -
phthano them which 3588 -ho are asleep 2837 -koimao .



 :16 For the Lord 2962 -kurios himself 0846 -autos shall descend 
2597 -katabaino from heaven 3772 -ouranos with a shout 2752 -
keleuma , with the voice 5456 -phone of the archangel 0743 -
archaggelos , and with the trump 4536 -salpigx of God 2316 -
