      5  For unto which  5101-tis-  of the angels  0032-aggelos-  said        2036-epo-  he at  4218-pote-  any  4218-pote-  time  4218-pote- ,       Thou art  1488-ei-  my Son  5207-huios- , this  4594-semeron-  day        4594-semeron-  have I begotten  1080-gennao-  thee? And again        3825-palin- , I will be to him a Father  3962-pater- , and he shall       be to me a Son  5207-huios- ?

      6  And again  3825-palin- , when  3752-hotan-  he bringeth        1521-eisago-  in the firstbegotten  4416-prototokos-  into        1519-eis-  the world  3625-oikoumene- , he saith  3004-lego- , And       let all  3956-pas-  the angels  0032-aggelos-  of God  2316-theos-       worship  4352-proskuneo-  him.

      7  And of the angels  0032-aggelos-  he saith  3004-lego- , Who        3739-hos-  maketh  4160-poieo-  his angels  0032-aggelos-  spirits        4151-pneuma- , and his ministers  3011-leitourgos-  a flame        5395-phlox-  of fire  4442-pur- .

      8  But unto the Son  5207-huios-  [he saith], Thy throne        2362-thronos- , O God  2316-theos- , [is] for ever  0165-aion-  and       ever  0165-aion- : a sceptre  4464-rhabdos-  of righteousness        2118-euthutes-  [is] the sceptre  4464-rhabdos-  of thy kingdom        0932-basileia- .

      9  Thou hast loved  0025-agapao-  righteousness  1343-dikaiosune- ,       and hated  3404-miseo-  iniquity  0458-anomia- ; therefore        5124-touto-  God  2316-theos- , [even] thy God  2316-theos- , hath       anointed  5548-chrio-  thee with the oil  1637-elaion-  of gladness        0020-agalliasis-  above  3844-para-  thy fellows  3353-metochos- .

      10  And, Thou, Lord  2962-kurios- , in the beginning  0746-arche-       hast laid the foundation  2311-themelioo-  of the earth  1093-ge- ;       and the heavens  3772-ouranos-  are the works  2041-ergon-  of thine        4675-sou-  hands  5495-cheir- :

      Hebrews   2

      1.       3  How  4459-pos-  shall we escape  1628-ekpheugo- , if we neglect        0272-ameleo-  so  5082-telikoutos-  great  5082-telikoutos-       salvation  4991-soteria- ; which  3748-hostis-  at the first        0746-arche-  began  2983-lambano-  to be spoken  2980-laleo-  by the       Lord  2962-kurios- , and was confirmed  0950-bebaioo-  unto us by them       that heard  0191-akouo-  [him];

      5. For unto the angels  0032-aggelos-  hath he not put        5293-hupotasso-  in subjection  5293-hupotasso-  the world        3625-oikoumene-  to come  3195-mello- , whereof  3739-hos-  we speak        2980-laleo- .

      6  But one  5100-tis-  in a certain  4225-pou-  place testified        1263-diamarturomai- , saying  3004-lego- , What  5101-tis-  is man        0444-anthropos- , that thou art mindful  3403-mimnesko-  of him? or        2228-e-  the son  5207-huios-  of man  0444-anthropos- , that thou       visitest  1980-episkeptomai-  him?

      7  Thou madest  1642-elattoo-  him a little  1024-brachus-  lower        1642-elattoo-  than  3844-para-  the angels  0032-aggelos- ; thou       crownedst  4737-stephanoo-  him with glory  1391-doxa-  and honour        5092-time- , and didst set  2525-kathistemi-  him over  1909-epi-       the works  2041-ergon-  of thy hands  5495-cheir- :

      8  Thou hast put  5293-hupotasso-  all  3956-pas-  things in       subjection  5293-hupotasso-  under  5270-hupokato-  his feet        4228-pous- . For in that he put  5293-hupotasso-  all  3956-pas-  in       subjection  5293-hupotasso-  under him, he left  0863-aphiemi-       nothing  3762-oudeis-  [that is] not put  0506-anupotaktos-  under        0506-anupotaktos-  him. But now  3568-nun-  we see  3708-horao-  not       yet  3768-oupo-  all  3956-pas-  things put  5293-hupotasso-  under        5293-hupotasso-  him.

      9  But we see  0991-blepo-  Jesus  2424-Iesous- , who  3588-ho-  was       made  1642-elattoo-  a little  1024-brachus-  lower  1642-elattoo-       than  3844-para-  the angels  0032-aggelos-  for the suffering        3804-pathema-  of death  2288-thanatos- , crowned  4737-stephanoo-       with glory  1391-doxa-  and honour  5092-time- ; that he by the grace        5485-charis-  of God  2316-theos-  should taste  1089-geuomai-  death        2288-thanatos-  for every  3956-pas-  man.

      10. For it became  4241-prepo-  him, for whom  3739-hos-  [are] all        3956-pas-  things, and by whom  3739-hos-  [are] all  3956-pas-       things, in bringing  0071-ago-  many  4183-polus-  sons  5207-huios-       unto glory  1391-doxa- , to make  5055-teleo-  the captain        0747-archegos-  of their salvation  4991-soteria-  perfect        5048-teleioo-  through  1223-dia-  sufferings  3804-pathema- .

      11  For both  5037-te-  he that sanctifieth  0037-hagiazo-  and they       who are sanctified  0037-hagiazo-  [are] all  3956-pas-  of one        1520-heis- : for which  3739-hos-  cause  0156-aitia-  he is not       ashamed  1870-epaischunomai-  to call  2564-kaleo-  them brethren        0080-adephos- ,

      12  Saying  3004-lego- , I will declare  0518-apaggello-  thy name        3686-onoma-  unto my brethren  0080-adephos- , in the midst        3319-mesos-  of the church  1577-ekklesia-  will I sing        5214-humneo-  praise  5214-humneo-  unto thee.

      13  And again  3825-palin- , I will put  3982-peitho-  my trust        3982-peitho-  in him. And again  3825-palin- , Behold  2400-idou-  I       and the children  3813-paidion-  which  3739-hos-  God  2316-theos-       hath given  1325-didomi-  me.

      14. Forasmuch  1893-epei-  then  3767-oun-  as the children        3813-paidion-  are partakers  2841-koinoneo-  of flesh  4561-sarx-       and blood  0129-haima- , he also  2532-kai-  himself  0846-autos-       likewise  3898-paraplesios-  took  3348-metecho-  part  3348-metecho-       of the same  0846-autos- ; that through  1223-dia-  death        2288-thanatos-  he might destroy  2673-katargeo-  him that had        2192-echo-  the power  2904-kratos-  of death  2288-thanatos- , that       is, the devil  1228-diabolos- ;

      16  For verily  1222-depou-  he took  1949-epilambanomai-  not on        1949-epilambanomai-  [him the nature of] angels  0032-aggelos- ; but       he took  1949-epilambanomai-  on  1949-epilambanomai-  [him] the seed        4690-sperma-  of Abraham  11 .

      Hebrews   3

      1.       3  For this  3778-houtos-  [man] was counted  0515-axioo-  worthy        0515-axioo-  of more  4119-pleion-  glory  1391-doxa-  than        3844-para-  Moses  3475-Moseus- , inasmuch  3745-hosos-  as he who       hath builded  2680-kataskeuazo-  the house  3624-oikos-  hath        2192-echo-  more  4119-pleion-  honour  5092-time-  than the house        3624-oikos- .

      4  For every  3956-pas-  house  3624-oikos-  is builded        2680-kataskeuazo-  by some  5100-tis-  [man]; but he that built        2680-kataskeuazo-  all  3956-pas-  things [is] God  2316-theos- .

      5  And Moses  3475-Moseus-  verily  3303-men-  [was] faithful        4103-pistos-  in all  3650-holos-  his house  3624-oikos- , as a       servant  2324-therapon- , for a testimony  3142-marturion-  of those        3588-ho-  things which were to be spoken  2980-laleo-  after;

      6  But Christ  5547-Christos-  as a son  5207-huios-  over  1909-epi-        his own  0848-hautou-  house  3624-oikos- ; whose  3739-hos-  house        3624-oikos-  are we, if  1437-ean-  we hold  2722-katecho-  fast        2722-katecho-  the confidence  3954-parrhesia-  and the rejoicing        2745-kauchema-  of the hope  1680-elpis-  firm  0949-bebaios-  unto       the end  5056-telos- .

      7. Wherefore  1352-dio-  (as the Holy  0040-hagios-  Ghost        4151-pneuma-  saith  3004-lego- , To day  4594-semeron-  if        1437-ean-  ye will hear  0191-akouo-  his voice  5456-phone- ,

      8  Harden  4645-skleruno-  not your  5216-humon-  hearts        2588-kardia- , as in the provocation  3894-parapikrasmos- , in the       day  2250-hemera-  of temptation  3986-peirasmos-  in the wilderness        2048-eremos- :

      9  When  3756-ou-  your  5216-humon-  fathers  3962-pater-  tempted        3985-peirazo-  me, proved  1381-dokimazo-  me, and saw  1492-eido-        my works  2041-ergon-  forty  5062-tessarakonta-  years  2094-etos- .

      10  Wherefore  1352-dio-  I was grieved  4360-prosochthizo-  with that       generation  1074-genea- , and said  2036-epo- , They do alway        0104-aei-  err  4105-planao-  in [their] heart  2588-kardia- ; and       they have not known  1097-ginosko-  my ways  3598-hodos- .

      12  Take heed  0991-blepo- , brethren  0080-adephos- , lest        3379-mepote-  there be in any  5100-tis-  of you an evil        4190-poneros-  heart  2588-kardia-  of unbelief  0570-apaistia- , in       departing  0868-aphistemi-  from the living  2198-zao-  God        2316-theos- .

      13  But exhort  3870-parakaleo-  one  1438-heautou-  another        1438-heautou-  daily  2250-hemera- , while  3739-hos-  it is called        2564-kaleo-  To day  4594-semeron- ; lest  3361-me-  any  5100-tis-        of you be hardened  4645-skleruno-  through the deceitfulness        0539-apate-  of sin  0266-hamartia- .

      14  For we are made  1096-ginomai-  partakers  3353-metochos-  of       Christ  5547-Christos- , if  1437-ean-  we hold  2722-katecho-  the       beginning  0746-arche-  of our confidence  5287-hupostasis-  stedfast        0949-bebaios-  unto the end  5056-telos- ;

      15  While  3588-ho-  it is said  3004-lego- , To day  4594-semeron-        if  1437-ean-  ye will hear  0191-akouo-  his voice  5456-phone- ,       harden  4645-skleruno-  not your  5216-humon-  hearts  2588-kardia- ,       as in the provocation  3894-parapikrasmos- .

      16  For some  5100-tis- , when they had heard  0191-akouo- , did       provoke  3893-parapikraino- : howbeit  0235-alla-  not all  3956-pas-        that came  1831-exerchomai-  out of Egypt  0125-Aiguptos-  by Moses        3475-Moseus- .

      17  But with whom  5101-tis-  was he grieved  4360-prosochthizo-        forty  5062-tessarakonta-  years  2094-etos- ? [was it] not with them       that had sinned  0264-hamartano- , whose  3739-hos-  carcases        2966-kolon-  fell  4098-pipto-  in the wilderness  2048-eremos- ?

      18  And to whom  5101-tis-  sware  3660-omnuo-  he that they should       not enter  1525-eiserchomai-  into  1519-eis-  his rest        2663-katapausis- , but to them that believed  0544-apeitheo-  not?

      19  So  2532-kai-  we see  0991-blepo-  that they could        1410-dunamai-  not enter  1525-eiserchomai-  in because  1223-dia-        of unbelief  0570-apaistia- .

      Hebrews   4

      1. Let us therefore  3767-oun-  fear  5399-phobeo- , lest        3379-mepote- , a promise  1860-epaggelia-  being left        2641-kataleipo-  [us] of entering  1525-eiserchomai-  into        1519-eis-  his rest  2663-katapausis- , any  5100-tis-  of you should       seem  1380-dokeo-  to come  5302-hustereo-  short  5302-hustereo-  of       it.

      2  For unto us was the gospel  2097-euaggelizo-  preached        2097-euaggelizo- , as well  2509-kathaper-  as unto them: but the       word  3056-logos-  preached  0189-akoe-  did not profit        5623-opheleo-  them, not being mixed  4786-sugkerannumi-  with faith        4102-pistis-  in them that heard  0191-akouo-  [it].

      3  For we which  3588-ho-  have believed  4100-pisteuo-  do enter        1525-eiserchomai-  into  1519-eis-  rest  2663-katapausis- , as he       said  2046-ereo- , As I have sworn  3660-omnuo-  in my wrath        3709-orge- , if  1487-ei-  they shall enter  1525-eiserchomai-  into        1519-eis-  my rest  2663-katapausis- : although  2543-kaitoi-  the       works  2041-ergon-  were finished  1096-ginomai-  from the foundation        2602-katabole-  of the world  2889-kosmos- .

      11.       12  For the word  3056-logos-  of God  2316-theos-  [is] quick        2198-zao- , and powerful  1756-energes- , and sharper        5114-tomoteros-  than  5228-huper-  any  3956-pas-  twoedged        1366-distomos-  sword  3162-machaira- , piercing  1338-diikneomai-        even to the dividing  3311-merismos-  asunder of soul  5590-psuche-        and spirit  4151-pneuma- , and of the joints  0719-harmos-  and marrow        3452-muelos- , and [is] a discerner  2924-kritikos-  of the thoughts        1761-enthumesis-  and intents  1771-ennoia-  of the heart        2588-kardia- .

      13  Neither  3756-ou-  is there any creature  2937-ktisis-  that is       not manifest  0852-aphanes-  in his sight  1799-enopion- : but all        3956-pas-  things [are] naked  1131-gumnos-  and opened        5136-trachelizo-  unto the eyes  3788-ophthalmos-  of him with whom        3739-hos-  we have to do  3056-logos- .

      14  Seeing then  3767-oun-  that we have  2192-echo-  a great        3173-megas-  high  0749-archiereus-  priest  0749-archiereus- , that       is passed  1330-dierchomai-  into the heavens  3772-ouranos- , Jesus        2424-Iesous-  the Son  5207-huios-  of God  2316-theos- , let us hold        2902-krateo-  fast [our] profession  3671-homologia- .

      15  For we have  2192-echo-  not an high  0749-archiereus-  priest        0749-archiereus-  which cannot  1410-dunamai-  be touched        4834-sumpatheo-  with the feeling  4834-sumpatheo-  of our       infirmities  0769-astheneia- ; but was in all  3956-pas-  points       tempted  3985-peirazo-  like  3665-homoiotes-  as [we are, yet]       without  5565-choris-  sin  0266-hamartia- .

      16  Let us therefore  3767-oun-  come  4334-proserchomai-  boldly        3954-parrhesia-  unto the throne  2362-thronos-  of grace        5485-charis- , that we may obtain  2983-lambano-  mercy        1656-eleos- , and find  2147-heurisko-  grace  5485-charis-  to help        0996-boetheia-  in time  2121-eukairos-  of need  2121-eukairos- .

      Hebrews   5

      1.       2  Who can  1410-dunamai-  have compassion  3356-metriopatheo-  on the       ignorant  0050-agnoeo- , and on them that are out of the way        4105-planao- ; for that he himself  0846-autos-  also  2532-kai-  is       compassed  4029-perikeimai-  with infirmity  0769-astheneia- .

      3  And by reason  1223-dia-  hereof  5026-taute-  he ought        3784-opheilo- , as for the people  2992-laos- , so  3779-houto-  also        2532-kai-  for himself  1438-heautou- , to offer  4374-prosphero-        for sins  0266-hamartia- .

      4  And no  3756-ou-  man  5100-tis-  taketh  2983-lambano-  this        3588-ho-  honour  5092-time-  unto himself  1438-heautou- , but he       that is called  2564-kaleo-  of God  2316-theos- , as [was] Aaron        0002-Aaron- .

      5  So  3779-houto-  also  2532-kai-  Christ  5547-Christos-  glorified        1392-doxazo-  not himself  1438-heautou-  to be made  1096-ginomai-        an high  0749-archiereus-  priest  0749-archiereus- ; but he that said        2980-laleo-  unto him, Thou art  1488-ei-  my Son  5207-huios- , to       day  4594-semeron-  have I begotten  1080-gennao-  thee.
